Overseas employment has transformed the lives of millions of Indian families. However, the migration journey must be rooted in integrity, fairness, and strict legal compliance. Our ethical charter governs every interaction with workers, employers, and regulatory bodies.
1. Transparent, Disclosed Service Charges
Mahad Manpower follows transparent recruitment practices. Any applicable service charges are disclosed clearly, receipted, and handled in accordance with applicable Government of India, MEA and eMigrate requirements. No payment guarantees selection, visa approval or deployment. Selection, visas and deployment depend on client employer eligibility, verified medical fitness, authentic documentation, and destination-country government approval.
2. Employment Visas Only — Never Visit Visas
We never participate in the dangerous practice of sending workers abroad on tourist or visit visas with empty promises of conversion. Every candidate departs India on an authentic Employment Visa or Entry Work Permit legally sponsored by their employer.
3. Transparent Written Contracts
No candidate is mobilized without thoroughly reviewing and signing a bilingual employment contract specifying exact salary, duty hours, overtime terms, accommodation standards, and medical insurance coverage.
4. No Retention of Passports by Middlemen
Candidates' passports remain their personal sovereign property. Passports are temporarily handled only for necessary government attestation, GAMCA registration, and consular visa stamping with formal receipts issued.
5. Rigorous Sub-Agent Prohibition
We do not endorse unverified village or town middlemen who demand cash bribes. All candidates interact directly with our official Mumbai recruitment office and verified team members.
