Candidate Profile Registration & Document Screening
Candidates submit their CV, trade certificates, and original Indian passport copy via WhatsApp or in person at our Mumbai office. We confirm trade alignment and verify basic emigration eligibility.
Practical Trade Testing & Pre-Screening Interview
For technical occupations (electricians, welders, plumbers, HVAC mechanics), practical tests are conducted at our affiliated technical centers in Mumbai. Candidates demonstrate their skills on actual test rigs.
Client Interview & Direct Selection
Authorized client selection delegates from UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia conduct physical or virtual panel interviews. Selected candidates receive formal offer letters specifying trade, basic salary, food allowance, and accommodation.
GAMCA / Wafid Medical Fitness Clearance
Selected candidates are scheduled for medical screening at an accredited Gulf Health Council (Wafid/GAMCA) clinic in Mumbai. Testing includes chest X-rays, blood panels, and general health evaluations.
Visa Stamping & Official Emigration Clearance (eMigrate)
The overseas employer processes the authentic entry work visa. For Indian candidates holding ECR passports, official clearance is processed through the Ministry of External Affairs eMigrate portal with Pravasi Bima insurance.
Pre-Departure Briefing & Airport Mobilization
Candidates attend a mandatory orientation at our Mumbai office covering flight procedures, destination customs rules, camp safety guidelines, and emergency contact numbers before departure.
