1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website (https://mahadmanpower.in) or registering with Mahad Manpower Private Limited for overseas recruitment opportunities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Authenticity of Candidate Credentials

Candidates warrant that all information, certificates, past work experience letters, trade diplomas, and passport records submitted are genuine and authentic. Submission of forged educational or experience certificates results in immediate disqualification and reporting under applicable Indian and destination country penal laws.

3. Selection & Visa Issuance Disclaimer

Requirements vary by employer, role, and current destination-country regulations. Mahad Manpower will confirm the applicable process after candidate shortlisting and interview selection.

Mahad Manpower India acts as an ethical recruitment facilitator. Final hiring decisions, employment offer generation, and visa approval remain within the sovereign discretion of client employers and destination-country immigration authorities (MOHRE UAE, Qatar MOI, Saudi MOFA, etc.).

4. Anti-Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

Candidates are prohibited from engaging with unauthorized freelance brokers claiming to represent Mahad Manpower. All valid recruitment communications originate exclusively from official company domains, authenticated WhatsApp numbers (+91 99307 27000), or in-person at our registered Mumbai offices.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of recruitment services shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
